How fast can you deliver?
Most orders placed before 3 PM are delivered the same day across Lahore. For large office orders or first-time deliveries, same-day or next-day depending on your area.
Do you deliver to my area in Lahore?

What if my bottle arrives damaged or the seal is broken?
WhatsApp us a photo and we'll replace it on your next delivery at no charge. Sealed integrity is non-negotiable for us — if it's compromised, we replace it.
How do I set up a monthly office water plan?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your approximate weekly consumption and we'll set up a schedule and monthly invoice. New business accounts get a free 2-week trial before billing starts.
Can you brand bottles for our hotel, restaurant, or wedding?
Yes. We offer custom-printed labels with your logo and branding on 0.5L and 1.5L bottles. WhatsApp us your logo and quantity for a quote. We handle events, ongoing restaurant supply, and wedding packages.
What's the minimum order?
For homes: a single 19L refill (Rs. 220) is fine. For offices and restaurants, no formal minimum — WhatsApp us and we'll work out what makes sense for your volume.
